I guess this is the part of our website where I write about how long I have worked in the industry and how much experience I have, well that is not really the case. I haven't worked in the industry for years and I cant claim to have worked for main dealers etc etc. What I have done is thought about all my experiences when buying my own cars in the past.
I remember turning up to view a car, liking the car and then having to wait whilst the sales guy went away to talk to his boss about the totally spectacular deal he could do for me. This process even happened when I didn't want to buy the car! I also experienced turning up to view a car and then being pressured to look at a car that I hadn't come to see.
What we do is ask you to make an appointment to view your chosen car, you then view, test drive, we answer any questions you may have and then if you decide to buy the car then we agree a price. We take a 10% deposit (minimum of £200) and agree a day and time for you to collect and pay the balance. Many of our customers want to drive away the same day and of course this is absolutely fine.
Our cars are sourced from selected suppliers. We don't hide anything from you. What happens is main dealers stock their forecourts with new or nearly new cars. In many cases people buy one of these cars and then trade in their own car. These are too old for the dealer or the wrong make for their forecourt and they then sell these on through the motor trade. We buy these vehicles.
As I said before, I don't have years of experience in the motor trade so I get my cars checked over by one of my trusted mechanics and cleaned by what I think are the best car valet company, all experts in their own field!
I enjoy my work and hope that you will enjoy dealing with our business.
